Do I need to defrost my Mika fridge?
Most Mika fridges are direct-cool, so yes. Defrost when the ice in the freezer gets about 5 mm thick. Never chip it off with a knife; that is how freezers get punctured.
Are you an official Mika service centre?
No. We are an independent repair company. We repair Mika fridges out of warranty, or when you choose an independent repair. If yours is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the seller first.
