Is Von the same as Hotpoint?
No. Von is the brand sold in Kenya by Hotpoint Appliances. Hotpoint is also the name of a separate UK brand. We repair both.
Are you an official Von Hotpoint service centre?
No. We are an independent repair company. We repair Von Hotpoint appliances out of warranty, or when you choose an independent repair. If yours is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the seller first.
How much does a Von Hotpoint repair cost?
You pay a diagnosis fee plus transport, depending on your location, and we confirm both before we come. Then we price the repair, and nothing is done until you approve it.
