How a visit works
Tell us your area when you book. We confirm the diagnosis and transport fee for that area before we set off, and we tell you if the technician can reach you the same day.
Businesses and estates
We service gyms, hotels, restaurants, offices and estates across both counties. Send us the list of equipment and the address, and we will plan one visit or a regular schedule.
Just outside these areas? Ask us. We often can, with the transport fee confirmed first.
Booking
Book a repair or service
Fill this in and WhatsApp opens with everything written out, ready to send. We reply with the visit fee for your area and the earliest time we can come.
- Any hour. We take bookings 24/7, weekends and holidays included.
- Fee first. Diagnosis fee plus transport, depending on your location. We confirm both before we set off.
- Your decision. Nothing is repaired until you approve the price.
