Can you get original Elba cooker parts?
Yes. We use original or matching Elba parts for burners, thermocouples, valves and knobs, and tell you which before we fit them.
The flame on my Elba cooker goes out when I let go of the knob. Why?
That is the flame-failure safety system. The thermocouple has usually worn out and needs replacing, which is a quick repair.
Are you an official Elba service centre?
No. We are an independent repair company. We repair Elba cookers out of warranty, or when you choose an independent repair. If yours is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the seller first.
